CAR

Description:  Strengthening of the Association of Civil Aviation Authorities of the Caribbean (ACAAC) and the formal structure of the Regional Aviation Safety Oversight System (RASOS) of the Caribbean, for addressing, in a unified manner, all flight safety oversight aspects with a view toward harmonization of related regulations, policies and procedures.
